Campus Companion is a boutique student-support service that steps in when urgent needs or unexpected situations arise. Whether a student has family far away, family unavailable, or simply wants the reassurance of not facing difficult moments alone, we provide calm, reliable support right when it’s needed most. Students are cared for, and families, when present, are always kept in the loop. With Campus Companion, no student ever has to navigate the moments that matter most by themselves. We are the guide between distance and presence. providing calm, reliable support in urgent moments when loved ones can’t be there.

Getting Started is Easy

  • Share Your Needs

    Students or parents discuss their concerns & complete a simple intake, letting us know the student’s preferences, concerns, and key information.

  • Complete Enrollment & Forms

    We finalize the service agreement and collect essential documentation, including HIPAA releases and emergency contacts , so we can coordinate seamlessly when needed.

  • Access On-Call Support

    Once enrolled, your family has direct access to Campus Companion. When a need arises, a trained Concierge Companion is dispatched to your student for support.
