Every enrolled student receives:
A Consent + Emergency Card for their wallet: “If admitted, call my advocate at ###. I authorize disclosure.”
A Campus Companion College Planner, mailed directly, to help organize health, academics, and personal life.
⚠️ Important: All enrollment paperwork, including consent forms, HIPAA/FERPA release, and authorization to communicate with providers. must be signed, received, and filed before a Compass can be dispatched.
All Campus Companion incident responses include up to six (6) consecutive hours of Compass presence. If the incident extends beyond six (6) hours, additional time will be billed at the hourly rate associated with the member’s plan.
An invoice for any extended service hours will be issued within five (5) days following the incident. Payment in full is due within fifteen (15) calendar weekdays of the invoice date.
Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in the following actions:
Immediate suspension of Campus Companion services. No future dispatches will be rendered until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
The account will be subject to collections and/or legal action to recover the unpaid balance.
Any legal fees, court costs, or collection expenses incurred by Campus Companion in recovering the balance shall be the responsibility of the account holder.
By enrolling in a Campus Companion membership or purchasing an Incident Pack, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
