Chapter FAQs

  • Requesting a campus lets us know you’d like coverage in your area. We track interest and may prioritize expansion based on demand. Starting a Chapter means you’re ready to actively help launch and operate Campus Companion locally by recruiting Compasses, partnering with healthcare/campus contacts, and completing compliance training.

  • Active means trained Compasses are live and dispatchable; Pilot indicates limited coverage while we build the local team; Coming Soon means we’re finalizing interest and partnerships.

  • Response windows vary by campus and time of day. Each Chapter card lists typical ranges, and we confirm ETA at dispatch.

  • Basic information, emergency contacts, consent forms, HIPAA release, and your service agreement must be signed and on file before dispatch.

  • Yes. Our intake supports students who prefer to designate another trusted adult or contact for updates.

  • Centralized training, audits, and a defined scope of services keep standards consistent, while local teams ensure responsiveness.
