Please note: All booking requests must be made at least 5 days in advance. Requests made with less notice may be subject to an additional rush fee.

After your payment is received, a member of the CSAW team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the date, time, location, participant headcount, travel arrangements, and any special accommodations for your session or event.

If the date you selected is not available, we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
