By joining the CSAW Chapter Program, you take on a leadership role in bringing sensory alignment and wellness practices to your own community with the freedom to shape your local chapter while remaining aligned with CSAW’s mission and standards.

🌿 What You Receive as a CSAW Chapter Leader

  • Chapter Starter Kit (included with one-time startup fee)

    • Official CSAW Chapter Binder with foundational training materials

    • Marketing templates, graphics, and brand guidelines

    • Event layouts and sensory station setup guides

    • Supply list and sourcing recommendations

    • Training video modules + onboarding support

  • Ongoing Support (covered by monthly fee)

    • Updated resources and training

    • Monthly content drops (marketing, event themes, chapter leader tips)

    • Access to CSAW Chapter Leaders hub

    • Quarterly check-in calls with CSAW HQ

    • Ongoing mentorship and priority support

🌿 Chapter Leader Autonomy

Each CSAW Chapter has the ability to:

  • Schedule & Host Events at times and locations that best serve their community.

  • Set Pricing for Events & Services based on local market conditions.

  • Develop Membership Structures (monthly/annual memberships, bundled event passes, etc.) and determine pricing accordingly.

  • Retain All Proceeds from events, memberships, and services.

✅ The only requirement: monthly CSAW membership fees must be current and all operations must remain in alignment with CSAW policies, agreement terms, and brand standards.

🌿 Financial Commitment

  • Startup Fee (One-Time): $1,200

    • Covers training, starter kit, and first-year licensing.

    • Non-refundable once issued.

  • Monthly Membership Fee: $150

    • Covers use of the CSAW brand, resources, updates, and leader support.

    • Due on the 1st of each month.

    • Non-refundable after the first of the month.

⚠️ Late Payments: Payments not received within 5 days of the due date WILL result in suspended access to CSAW resources. Non-payment beyond 15 (FIFTEEN) days may result in voiding of agreement.

🌿 Brand & Naming Rights

  • All chapters must operate under the CSAW name.

  • The official format is: CSAW – [City/State] (e.g., CSAW – Hammond, LA).

  • Each chapter will be listed in the Official CSAW Chapter Directory and recognized with their Lead City Chair designation, as well as recognition on all marketing materials and media.

  • CSAW names, logos, designs, and intellectual property cannot be changed, altered, or rebranded in any way.

🌿 Intellectual Property, Nondisclosure & Non-Compete

  1. All Rights Reserved

    • All CSAW intellectual property, names, logos, materials, and program structures remain the sole property of CSAW HQ.

  2. Usage Terms

    • Nothing provided by CSAW may be copied, shared, reproduced, or used outside of the CSAW Chapter Program without express written permission from the Founder or an authorized CSAW Administrator.

  3. Required Agreements

    • All Chapter Leaders must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) prior to launching their chapter.

    • These agreements ensure CSAW methods, training, and materials cannot be shared or used to create competing programs during participation and for a defined period afterward.

🌿 Voiding of Agreement

Your Chapter License may be declared void if any of the following occur:

  • Failure to pay monthly membership fees within 15 days.

  • Unauthorized sharing, copying, or reproduction of CSAW intellectual property.

  • Violation of the nondisclosure or non-compete agreements.

  • Unauthorized name changes, branding alterations, or misrepresentation of CSAW.

  • Conduct deemed harmful to CSAW’s mission, reputation, or community integrity.

If voided, your license to operate under the CSAW brand will be immediately revoked, and all materials must be returned or destroyed as directed by CSAW HQ.

You must remember to login and make your monthly membership payment no later than 5 days after your monthly payment is due. Your payment is due on the same day each month after acceptance.
